My name is M. CHETARJEE BABU a member of KOTAK MAHINDHRA CREDIT CARD with Card No: 4166461300569726. In the previous month's (February) credit card statement i
was offered by you with a gift of BENETTON MEN'S WATCH in the gift voucher.
In view of this i ordered the gift to you by debiting an amount of Rs.500/-
(rupee five hundred only) from my credit card. The transaction details are as

With respect to the gift what you have sent to me, i was really unsatisfied
with the quality of the product which doesn't worth enough to the amount i have paid to you.
In this regard, i am returning the gift to you and request you to credit my amount back to my
account.
I thought that the gift which you are sending would be a very good one so that i can
gift it to my beloved brother. Unfortunately it wasn't like that. I really felt unhappy. Being
tied up with KOTAK MAHINDHRA BANK you should deliver products with utmost quality.
