Product not delivered/payment not returned

Dear sir/madam,

Hi I am vijay tandon and stay at jammu (J&K) India. I have placed order for one land line telephone through gift360-kaviraj house wares but till todate they have not delivered the product but started receiving payment from ICICI bank towards that product and in turn ICICI bank is adding money to my wifes credit card account when i tried to contact ICICI bank for stoppage of payment they say they already payed to kaviraj house wares and we should contact them directly they can not do any thing. i tried to contact kaviraj house wares but no reply from their side please help us to either return of money or delivery of product.
