Cooling problem for past 1.5 months

There was abnormal sound from fan, complaint was lodged, fan was replaced as per adv of technician but the problem not rectified till date .the complaint was telephonically lodged with ser er. mr khanna of punjab tel no.9417126089.pl do needful fast so that i don't suffer any more in this scorching heat.
