Not working

Dear sir,

Our freeze serial no. 080530099. we had purchased on dt. 22-10-08 Rs. 15800/-

The party assrued us to give a dinner set but he had not supplied. further the bulb is not working and ice is stored to much in the box.

We have requested the dealer to correct the same but he is not taking interest
