This is to inform you that we had purchased full range of Bedroom items consists of Bed, Wardrobe, Bedside table, dressing table from godrej lifespace showroom at VIP Road kolkata on 21st January vide bill no:44312 in the name of Samrat Sen, P-168 basumagar, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129 & the same was delivered on 23rd January but unfortunately the Dressing table was found broken & defective & the same being informed to the Showroom as well as Mr. Rajib Das of your service Department & was told that this will be solved within 10-15 days max but nothing had turned out till date.
It is also understandable that this can be happened but the level of service which we got from their service Professionals since the the time of fitting is realy pathetic & we don't have any confidence of the committement as the material is very urgent for the Wedding ceremony which is scheduled on 23rd February.
After that we had received only phone call but nothing being sortrd out till date & our marriage ceremony is scheduled on 23rd february so it will be a huge mess if this is not sorted within a day or two & it is realy a pathetic situation after purchasing items of Rs.60000/- this type service & committeement we are getting from a company like Godrej.
