WE HAD PURCHASED THE ABOVE MODEL REFRIGIRATOR FOR RS.36000
THERE WAS INITIALKLY NO PROBLEM TILL THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 4 YEARS
WHEN I JUST COMPLETED THE SAME I HAVE JUST BEGUN TO WORRY AS TO WHY THE HELL I HAD PURCHASED THE PRODUCT
I AM NARRATING MY WORST EXPERIENCES
1.ONE FINE DAY THE FRIDGE GOT WORKING AS STOPPED
2.I HAD CALLED THE SERVICE TOLL FREE NUMBER WHO HAD SENT AN TECHNICIAN
3.TO MY DISMAY I FOUND HE HAD WORKED FOR ALMOST TWO DAYS AND FINALLY CAME UP WITH THE PROPOSITIONS - GAS FILLING FOR WHICH I OBLIGED
4.THE FRIDGE WAS RUNNING FOR ONE WEEK FOLOWED BY STOPPING AGAIN AND RECKLESS COOLING CONDITIONS
5.AGAIN THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN HAD COME AND HE SAID THIS MODEL IS OUTDATED AND THAT HE HAS TO TAKE THE SAME AND DO REPAIRING AT HIS FACTORY
FOR WHICH I SAID I NEED QUICK DISPOSAL
6.HE SAID QIUCK DISPOSAL IS NOT POSSIBLE AND WILL SEND EMAIL WITH THE COMPANY SENIOR TECHNICIANS AT MUMBAI TO RECTIFY THE SAME
7.HE CAME AFTER A WEK ANDC SAID WIRING HAS TO BE RECTIFIED
8.HE DID ALL WITRING AND REWIRING AND AGAIN I AM WITH SAME PROBLEM i.e RECKLESS COOLING
9.HE IS AGAIN COMING UP WITH THE IDEA THAT THE ENTIRE WIRING AGAIN HAS TO BE CHANGES SINCE THIS IS OUDATED MODEL AND I MUST EITHER FORGO WITH THIS FRIDGE OR HE WILL TAKE THE ELECTRONIC COOLING SYSTEM AND WILL CONVERT INTO AN ORDINARY FRIDGE WHICH WILL HAVE NO FURTHER PROBLEMS

WHY DID I BUY THIS AT WHOPPING COST OF RS.36, 000
WHY DID THE MODEL GOT STOPPED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF LAUNCH OF THE PRODUCT
