The shopkeeper is not giving BILL for the items that I am purchasing though he is taking the correct price for all products, even he is taking less price than the MRP. But, instead of BILL he is writing the details in a long sheet of printed paper where in the top ESTIMATE is written and below the paper the Shopkeeper's shop name is printed. So, anyone please tell me is it the correct BILL? If, not the Govt. is loosing a lots of money from getting TAX. What action can be taken against the shopkeeper? If BILL is asked he is telling that just tear down the ESTIMATE written part of the long sheet and this will be the BILL.
