Out of course book not changed

I had bought Comprehensive Laboratory Manual In Biology For Class XII published by Laxmi Publications (P) Ltd. from Gulati Book Depot in Humayun Pur, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi 110029 on 23rd July for Rs 70/-.

The book was published last year and does not contain many Experiment which are in this year's course and hence is useless for me.

The Gulati Book Depot owner refuses to replace it for the year 2009 edition of the same.

Please do something about it.
