I m Barclay credit card holder and using cards most of the time but now I m upset with the service of card. Actually when I saw the outstanding amount in which some membership charge of 5600 rupees has been added without informing me.
Actually one call came on 14.07.08 from priority circle, Hyderabad and told me that u have been nominated for membership so one carry bag and one book will be reached to u within 3 weeks, but up to now I have not got any bag and also some extra amount has been added in the outstanding amount when I talk to priority circle they r saying it can’t be cancel out and u have to pay that amount, actually no correct information has been given to me and that time I m not having the card but that person is saying that this offer is up to today, u remember so I speak 3019 but after that I see this is my icici bank credit card no. now u can see how is u r verification department.
So my complaint is that
1. I want to know why wrong information has been given to me.
2. why money has been deduced
3. Why up to now one carry bag (as a gift) not reached up to now which has been promised within 3 weeks.
4. And I want to listen the recording.
If immediate response will not be given I m filing the case and one copy sending to the media, actually this not the problem of 5 thousand it is the problem of how u r misguiding to the customer and the society, if I m not interested then why r forcing me.
