Harrased due to services of Compaq
Not Attending Compalint

I am sorry to inform you that I buy Compaq laptop C500 Sr. No CND7090N purchased on 2007 with three year extended warrantee. But when we take first complaint in OKHLA New Delhi, I complaint for Battery replacement and Scratch Marks on center during close the laptop and its (HINGES) is touch with the bodies and after complaint its change the battery but not done any works on scratches during folding the laptop.

When I complaint second complaint of Battery problem and same scratched they told me the battery is not cover in extended warranty and told they also take the solution for the same but they are not give me the service of battery replacement and scratches due to hinges is not working properly.

I am harrased the behavior and the services provided by the okhla Service center and did not found any solution for my comlaint please suggest me.
