I have been using Hathway broadband services since may. Initially services was ok but with time it deteriorated with time. During payment of my bill i paid my bill as one month in advance cause of patchy online payment system. Whenever i called them the behavior of consumer care guys was errant. finally i discontinued the service in august as i was totally irritated by their poor service. when i asked for the refund of the extra money they say they will refund after one month of submitting modem. When i asked them to come and take it they said it will be done tomorrow and next day and so on. Once i said them i will throw modem if u don take it back, the person at consumer case said that he will find me out and strike me. i said what u said and he stepped back and disconnected the call. after sometime they took the money by end of august. and promised me refund of money in one month. when i called after one month of the status they said that they will call me back in next one day. i called them four times after that and they promised me that they will call me back in a day. i informed them i will go to consumer forum if they don refund my money. But plea remain unheard. Thats why i am lodging this complain so that they can refund my extra paid bill.
