Not working

Hello,

I am a hathway subscriber. For the past few days, the hathway set top box hasn't been working. I called and complained, but you guys never responded. Also, when the set top box was working, many of the channels weren't available. Many of them were also scrambled. Please, solve my problem. I'm from Mysore.
