I had taken the Prepaid internet services of Hathway for 3 months from 12.02.08. The problem was started from the beginning only, they took the advance without providing any receipt and told that the engineer will bring the receipt when he will visit for installation, I had to call them regularly to remind for installation, which took place after 15 days. In the first Month the net was not available for almost 7 days, and its hike in the second month that its not available since 05.04.08 to till date almost 12 days passed, I am tired of calling them daily, at first the customer care executives said there are some minor problems which will be resolved shortly, and after that they daily provide commitments that the engineer will visit your home, but nobody comes to check the problem. I am not the only victim, all the customers of Hathway from our locality are facing the same problem, they are not providing the proper feedback. I got to know that their cable has stolen from our locality and they are aware of that, when I talk to them regarding this they replied that till the matter doesn’t get solved the services will not be available, and they are not able to provide any substitute. They do not give replies of e-mails, the customer care executives never reply fast, at every call they take minimum 15 minutes. I must say they have the worst services.
