Very Very Very Poor Customer Service

Though I already have an BSNL internet connection, I purchased another one Hathway Internet connection additionally on 18.07.08. The very next day on 19.07.08 I experienced lot of Problems. The connection could not be established. I tried lot of times and various options. Marketing people and Networking guys promised a very good transfer rate and customer support while taking order and installation. But I was disappointed & I was fooled on the very next day. I called upon the number (0422-4300805, 0422-4300800, customer care) they gave. They put on hold for about 7 mins. No one came on the other side. This happened thrice. Then I called the marketing guy who took the order. He is not at all willing to talk (may be the day I called falls on saturday). He promised me that he will call again shortly discussing with the networking engineers. I have not received his call. I expected this from his conversation.

My suggestion on Hathway Internet Connection is

Very Very Poor Connection Establishment &

Very Very Very Poor Customer Service.

If anyone is planning to take an internet connection, be cautious and do not fall in the net spread by HATHWAY. If you opt for Hathway then no doubt you will also visit mouthshut to write reviews.
