Internet not working

My internet has not been working for the past 3 weeks. I am trying to call their numbers

After hours of receiving engaged tones, I get to speak to their cust svs reps who promise me internet with in the next working day. All the three weeks have passed with many complaint #s and simply no service. I am just looking forward to get back my money as I have paid money for their 'prepaid connection'

Very pathetic company!
