Service issue

Hathway your service sucks!!!

i posting this complaint again, i have posted this yesterday. still engineer has not visited my place yet. again i have given a call today to see the status again the call center give me the same answer that the person will be there by today itself.

this is ridiculas.

i pray and request to the other people please... don't buy this product... if they give you in free of cost then also please dont buy this product. they dont have anything called"service" for customers.
