I had bought HCL desktop on 25/5/09. Its motherboard is faulty. I have complained several times on phone and written emails to them. I have also visited their S-10, Green park, New Delhi service center several times. Executives and engineers are highly un-professional. They simply give yet another dates and fake promises. Please for your own sake never buy a HCL PC.
