Respected Sir,
I am Krishan Srivastava working in company M G Polyblends from November on 28th November i bought a HCL Laptop P28 PDC, Serial No. A084AX165634 on the name of my company i.e.,
M G Polyblends.
After 2 months of Usage i found a problem of very dim light on screen (Faulty FL Inverter), i went to nearby service station situated in green park. They repaired it and give back to me after 2 days, i thought it is first time and can be happen. But in month of march i.e., 20/03 same problem occurs (Having Service report copy). Again i went same service centre and got repaired and then on 21/05 same problem occures, again i repeat the same procedure.
Now, on 30/07 the same problem occurs and then i start shouting on the service centre people they told to take our AMC pack for warrenty extension and not giving proper problem and the way to how to get out from this.
I am totally feel dissapointed and feels cheated to buy such a laptop, whose problem is never ending.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible because he might be not considered my complaint after ending warrenty period.
