Warrenty services taking very long

I bought a HCL laptop in Jan now in Feb i purchased Annual Maintenance package for Rs 4, 500.Last month my Laptop showed problems and i went to HCL service center on 16 July and since then my Laptop is there without any updates.they are not even calling me...
