Sir i m a computer dealer and i sold many hcl laptops but where services are concerned that are zero
last time a send a laptop for service at jammu there was a minor fault the laptop on/off switch wasnt working properly i got that laptop after many rounds at service centre at logic computers jammu after 2 months same case is now running i send laptop at service centre jammu before 1 and a half month and they send it to chandigarh after 5-10 days your chandigarh office receive that laptop on 6th august now today 1st september when i called there they replied me we have changed one part of laptop and other part is not available i disgusted wid ur service tell me wat i do should i go to consumer court
