Not get activated

I've taken a corporate sim on 21st of december till now it didn't get activated..

already i spoke to customer care..but they didn't respond well ..

and my concerned person is also is not lifting the phone...

what to do i'l wait this day tomorrow i'l just change my card another corporate connection i'l take
