Activation duplicate sim

Hi,

This is to inform you that I have bought my new duplicate sim from Airtel Daray Ganj center and Vinita said my sim will activated after 4 or 5 hours but after 24 hours my sim is not activated showing display on my cell is "SIM card registration failed" i called to them but they are not responding only one number is working 9810963010 but after some time this number also switched off. I am facing lot of problem do let me know that what should I do now??
