i have bought HCL desktop with serial number: 6077az084698,
the machine has -pentium core to duo, 1.80 ghz-configuration.
the machine was purchased since 6 months from now.
This macine was bought from -
a one computer

The system gets hanged up even while after two hour
reguires a system configurationvery much lesser than my computer.
with regard to this complaint i called up for the service personels
about10 to 23 times till now.but they where unable to clear the complaint.
Then i asked them for replacement of the computer and they are giving
unhealthy reasons and are delaying the replacement.
please take necessary action against the dealer and give justice.or
otherwise we may have to take the help of court.
