Dear Sir,
I had purchased HCL desktop from Dynamic systems (10) on dated April 14. My PC is broke down from last 10 days. I had tried to register my complain to HCL customer service centre. I have been trying to contact customer care but unable it comes always busy. I have sent so many email to HCL help desk. After trying so many times I had been able to talk with customer care executive of HCL Tecknologies. She asked me to sent a copy of warrenty card and bill. then on June 15 . I sent the required documents by fax (I am having the copy of TCR), but they didn't sent any response of it. My work is fully depends of PC so I am suffering with my work and In contacting to the company I am mently disturbed.
I will be highly oblige if you help me in this situation.
