Complain for not getting hard disk drive from the HCL office

I, Sisir Kumar Kar, the customer of HCL Desktop. I had bought a desktop on the date of 7.1.09. After using some months it had been seen hard disk problem then I informed your company on the date of 10.07.09 from where it was purchased. Then One engineer came to my home and took it for replace purpose on the date of 24.07.09, and told me that you have to wait 15 days after that you will get your hard disk, but till now I have not got my hard disk. I have been trying to get back my hard disk during near about 2 months from the HCL office no – 37 shakespear sarani, kolkata-17. While I do call the office they tell me, ” we are sending hard disk next day but that is not happening. Actually they are not giving me proper information about my hard disk. Sir I am not satisfied from your customer service. Sir I am a MBA student, I need computer for study purpose. I will be helpful if you kindly do something about this matter. and tell me how can I get back my hard disk from your office.
