2. I purchased this PC in Mar 07 which is uder 36 months warranty till mar.
Soon after initial installation its SMPS gone faulty and was replaced.
since then yhe cpu is making huge noise. after lodging 2 complaints, nothing was done. now the PC restarts automatically and sometimes does'nt even starts.
Every time the engineer comes and takes the SMPS & fan an fit back after 01 week saying that every thing is fine. but the problem remains. The rsponse is so bad that it takes almost 01 month for the engineer to come to site after registering the complaint.
I'm so fed up with the service that i feel like approaching ssome local mechanic and getting things done on my own. may be i deserve this by taking such foolish decision to by a branded PC instead of a assembled one.
