Dear concerned, i am dhanasekaran from chennai. i went to hcl service centre in chennai to service my laptop. the facilities provided were very poor. the cost of the spare part that had to be changed was Rs 466.oo only but the service charge which was billed was Rs 1655.00. The total bill amount that i had to pay to change a part worth Rs 466 was Rs 2121.00 and they have not provided any warranty even on demand.
there is no credit card facility in the centre.
I would request you to take necessary action on public interest.
