I am a Section Engineer working for Railways at Vijayawada. I have purchased a HCL laptop three years back. I am having problem with battery back up for the laptop. I approached your service centre at sikamani centre Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh on 13.03.2009 at 15.00 hours. Your authorised HCL service centre at Sikamani Centre vijayawada is not having any Name Board to approach or to consult. Even after a great difficulty approach them, the staff in the centre are behaving irresponsible and not solving the problems. They do not know how to behave with the customers. For simple reasons loosing temper and talking as they like. This is the worst one I have ever seen or heard. I felt very bad on your service centre's staff language used on me today. So many PCs supplied and services given by your company to the Railways is not this way. Please set right staff with good persons so that no other person like me feel bad about your company.
