I have given you my above mentioned laptop since 5th Jan’2009 at your Service Center for repairing which is not still repaired. This is the 7th time of giving you the complaint since purchase of the laptop. And each time you are taking 3 to 4 months or more times for repairing and that is not in satisfactory condition.
Since the time of purchase, I could rarely able to use the system, for it become out of order again and again. Even after repairing the same problem occurs. As a student I have been harassed a lot by your service.
To resolve the problem, I would like to request you to replace the said laptop with a new one with in a week, as I need it urgently for my advance study. Failing which I may go under court of law if it requires.
