There is so many problems in my laptop sr.no.3084AX361944 product code is AX0P2813
laptop is under warranty. Problems details as its screen is hang & white lining comes on it, Bluetooth is not working properly, battery backup is too low, lid is lose, touch pad right & left switches not working properly, processor is not working properly all screen is hang & all programs are become notresponding when i open more then one program to it. so I request to HCl ptl to replace it as soon as possible. or any step is not taken by u then i will go to the consumer forum.
