Hcl leaptop
Not satisfied with the service of HCL care

Hi,

I submitted my HCL LAPTOP (still in warranty period) at the Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata branch of HCL Care for replacement of LCD.

I was told the problem would be resolved within a week but 3 weeks have passed without any progress.

Kindly look into the issue as my work is getting hampered.
