Dear Sir,
I have purchase HCL leap top thru my company Maja Health care wide bill no. 3256 dated 7/11/08 from National Computers, Ashok Vihar.
My company purchased 15-20 HCL leap top and with this bill company purchases 4 leap top.
From the first day I find complaint in this machine.
1] With in one month Adopter replaced by company because it was defective-Job Card photo copy not available.
2] With in 2 month click button and touch pad repaired by company- Job card not available.
After 2 complaints I realized that my leap top is defective so I start maintain the record of job card.
3] Job sheet no. 3408 dated 22/6/09 – Click button and DVD not working- Demand for DVD and again click button repaired.
4] Job sheet no. 1997 dated 27/7/09 Complaint of DIM DISPLAY- repaired by company.
5] Job card no. 3150 dated 1/8/09-Once again DIM DISPLAY complaint and repaired by company.
Now once again my leap top not working and deposited at green park service center on 3/11/09 with fault reported and narration-both click button, touch pad and power button not working, not reading CD and DVD.
Job sheet no 1501007222 dated 3/11/09- Expected Return date-5/11/09
I visited on 6/11/09 and company person reply that hardware not working so it will be change so it takes 2-3 days but Mr. Dinesh, center manager told me for waiting and than return my leap top in evening after repairing.
I refused to take it back because after repairing it was not working properly, so I am unable to take back this machine.
Now I feel that my leap top is defective because in warranty period my leap top deposited 5 times to service center and same problem which repaired by company repeated again and again.
Now my warranty was expired on 7/11/09 and my leap top deposited in service center on 3/11/09. If in warranty period it is showing so many defects than how can I work with this leap top after warranty.
Now you are requested to replace my leap top with new one or kindly refund my money again so that I can purchase new leap top.
Please reply me as soon as possible.
