VERY POOR SERVICE

I am Neeraj and working in a Retail Chain as Business Developoment Manager in AGRA I've purchased HCL Laptop core duo processor in june last year, after six months some problems were occured i.e power button, shift key, right mouse key were not working, I've sent the laptop to the HCL SERVICE CENTER Sanjay Place Agra, HCL Engineer Mr. Shubhankar suggested to change the PCB he took the laptop and changed the PCB but right mouse key problem was still there, I asked for the same, Mr. Shubhankar suggested to work with the laptop right now he'll again ask for new PCB to the service centre, in the mean time he has transferred to Meerut, Again I've given the laptop in may 08 to the HCL SERVICE CENTRE SANJAY PLACE AGRA HCL engineer changed the PCB now right mouse key is working properly but it is not closed properly, Lock is not properly fixed while closed, Now they people are saying that it is not cover under warranty though this problem raised by HCL ENGINEERS at the time of changing PCB earlier there was no such kind of problem in my laptop, CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE MRS. HIMANI'S ATTITUE IS VERY BAD TOWARDS CUSTOMERS SHE NEVER GIVES ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS CRITICIZE TO PERSON AS WELL AS HCL COMPANY.
