Strating Key Problem

Sir/mem,

i am Rajesh Patel from Nadiad (Gujarat), i have your company HCL Notebook laptop since 2 year, its work great, but i have a problem with starting key, it not work properly,

so please helps to solve this problem and give me information about service station which near to my hometown (Nadiad), which one is closer... replay me as soon as possible.
