SAVING A/C PASS BOOK

I am the legitimate & rightful Savings Bank Account i.e.S/B.A/C No.12011000030498, holder with HDFC, Chowpatty Branch, Mumbai - 400004. With reference to my letter dated 24th April’09 & dated 5th May’09 that were accepted and received by you / your office on 24th April’09 & 6th May’09 respectively, wherein I have categorically requested and demanded to issue me a Pass Book for my said Savings Bank Account with you as per the guide lines by the RBI. The Demand of Pass Book by the Savings Bank Account holder has not been met with despite demanding the same by submitting the letter and the reminder, which is a serious matter. Despite furnished you with a copy of the RBI guide lines and a circular / notification viz. RBI notification dated 4th Oct’06 Bearing No. RBI / 2006 – 07 / 139 DBOD. No. Leg. BC.32/09.07.005-07.

The bank is blatantly violationg RBI norms by not issuing a pass book (a booklet where in savings bank transactions can be recorded) and forcibly issuing statements of transactions. such bank should be taken to stringent action which doesnt respect the RBI guidelines.
