Dear Sir,

I am Palash B. Manna, holding a credit card of HDFC bank (Card No. 4346772007198806) from June’09. Due to some wrong billing I was ask HDFC to stop my care and settle the account in the month of March’09.

After several request the bank not stop my card and every month raise bill with lots of wrong charges. In the month of August again I request them to settle this account but not revive any proper reply from HDFC Bank.

I have my salary account in HDFC also. In the month of September on 7th HDFC frees of block my salary account without informing me. After my several request by phone HDFC don’t want to settle my card due and force me to pay the total outstanding which is wrong amount. My actual outstanding is Rs.11500, and I want to pay the amount. But the bank not co-operate with me.

Would request you to please look into this matter and solve my issue.

You people are my last hope. Please save ous from this kind of FROUDE Bank.
