Respected sir/madam,
I buyied a new Hercules bicycle on date 16-05 having 1 year garuntee.
i found a defect after an hour and i complained to the shopkeeper on next day he replaced the defacted part after 5 day's complained.
again after immediate replacement of the part iu found the defect was there again i complained him. he told me that it will be ok after 2-3 days
when defect was not resolved i asked him to resolve the problem, then he replied me he will not replace the part but he can only repair the part.
Even the contact no mentioned in the bills are not valid
But i want the replacement of the part or money back.
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
