Manufacturing defect in the bike

Hi

i had bought hero honda passion pro on 22nd may from bright motors, lucknow. but after 15 to 20 days i observed that its engine leaks. when i complained to the dealer about this problem, he told me that engine would have to be opened . i imagine what would happen if a new bike's enginw would be opened . its a total company's manufacturing defect . so do the needful
