Defective battery kit.yet to be replaced.
I am Vishwas Garg. We brought this product when it was launched initially. Customer care of this product is really hopeless. They always say that the complaint has been escalated and it willl be resolved in 2 working days. But the 2 days never comes!
I have lodged the complaint regarding faulty battery kit on 17-07-09 on helpline that out of three functions of the pureit one function was not working that is why after the replacement in last october battery didnot indicated it red signal to replace the battery but no response, then I lodged the complaint on website then on 24th july one executive came & took the kit for testing & made a promise that the kit will be replaced free of charged in next two or three days but till the date it is neither replaced nor we get any response from the company (which was supposed to be replaced in 3 working days). I had been constantly in touch with the customer care regarding this. I get nothing other than the false promises made by the executives. This is really pathetic.
Now we feel that we made a wrong choice by opting this product.
