Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have purchased Pure it waterpurifire on 22/8, now its battery need to be changed and i had ordered the same on 9/07/09 order no. is S-09/DLI0480003552 for the purit water filter and till date I have not received any replacement. After that I have been calling the helpline 9212500600 every day and I get the assurance of it being delivered everyday, but?? these are the details of complaint no. and date of complaint C- 091426050 dtd. 19/07/09 & C - 091433671. I am really sorry to say that the service is one of the worst and 3rd class, they are challenging in their advertisement that these 3 features if you will find in any waterpurifire then Rs. One Cr. will be yours, and other side their after sales service is worst. what i will do with my water filter without battery, shall i purchase new water purifier or they will do something about it. Pls. do the needful.
