Defective Battery Kit

I am Rajendra Verma (Cell No. 9810561868) bought the system about a year back. Of late purchased a new battery kit (replacement) worth Rs. 510.00 about 4-5 days back and since replacement we have been getting the bitter taste of water. We have two systems being used in the same premises and the taste quality of another system seems to be perfectly OK.

Lodged first complaint on 19th Sept. and making follow-up calls twice or thrice daily for the replacement of the faulty kit but all my attempts are falling on dumb ears. As usual, everytime some new person picks up the phone and buys one day time with the committment of giving resolution but nothing has been done so far.

Water, being a vital compound for life and an important requirement of our body, I am afraid if my battery is not replaced immediately, may cause a life threat to my family members.

This is my last mail with the hope that my problem would be resolved.
