i reported pure it call center on 9th of october for battery replacement. as on today nobody attended . but i am receiving sms on my phone that they had attended. till today i called several times for my battery change. my son has effected from throat infection and fever by drinking impure water . due to infections we are purchasing mineral water. please take action on them.
