On 28th August I had complained to 9243100100 for change of Battery kit and the person at the receiver had lodged the complaint and confirmed that within 3 days the complaint will be reddressed. But inspite of contacting many times no action is taken even till date. The call centre girls are not responding properly and we have to speak unnecessarily in a unparliamentary language. Even the call centre is not having their higher authorities telephone nos and are not cooperative. I am separately complaining to consumer court for change of my unit and compensation on account of their delayed service. Kindly lookinto the matter and advice me.
