Replacement of battery

2 weeks back i placed an order for battery kit & Top filter replacement but in vain everytime we phone to call center we must keep repeating the same complaint to diff persons who promptly take all details but the pity is they dont have a direct contact with sevice persons hence they r unble to give details abt when the issue will be attended so having a cal center is useless first of all

KIDS @ home have to take same water & suffer because of ur neglegence this is very pathetic

and sevice is WORST...
