I had purchased the pureit water filter from the company about 10 months back.last month there was a hole in the mesh and there was also a leak at the bottom.despite repeated call to the executives there has been no response from the company whatsoever.only empty promises that they will come"tomorrow'.Perhaps tomorrow never comes for them. I am shocked that this is the kind of service that a reputed co. like Hindlever provides. Probably they should stick to making soaps and toothpaste!
