This is to inform that my BSNL line is out of order for more than week. I have informed the JE who is in charge; he is not giving the proper answer why the line is down. Further he is not behaving well with the customer. If this going be the scenario then I near further BSNL will go off. Private sectors are giving proper response for there customers. This is a scenario from Guduvanchery telephone exchange.
Every time if the telephone goes down it takes a minimum of 10 - 15 days to be rectified, but they are sending the bills correctly.
