Telephone/Broadband disconnect

Dear Sir,

I called thrice to Airtel 24 hrs sevice and given request that kindly disconnect the Telehone/broadband service on my Telephone (4216867) and they are given me complaint reference number i.e 153608 and as on today it was more than a week but no response from them and I told them very clearly I am going to out off station from 24th and do as soon as possible, they said ok...

I would request again to Airtel that please disconnect my Telphone and Broadband connection immediatly, I am not in posiiton to pay.
