Didnt receive the refund for returned product

I have ordered a Jaipan Roti maked from Homeshop18 through online and the order no.904432549. I made payment of Rs.1656 through online banking. i received the product on 05/07. I found that the product was defective. And i returned the product to jaipan on 07/07as per directed by HS18 customer care agent.nd i had recieved a call from Jaipan company informing that they have received the product. I have called HS18 and informed the same and requested for a refund check as the product was defective. they gave me a request no.65278349 and said that they will inform the status of the refund check within 7 days. I called after 7 days to hs18 customer care, the said that please wait for 2 more days, i called after 2 days they said gives us some more days, i called again they said that the product is in warehouse and once HS18 will receive the product, they will refund the check, i called after 3 days, they said wait for 2 days, i called again they said wait for 2 more days the product is still in warehouse and nothing is done yet. i called today again and they said that we need to wait for few more days... THIS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. AND I AM REALLY FRUSTRATED ON hs18, YOU COMMIT 15 DAYS MONEY BACK GAURENTEE AND ITS MORE THAT 15 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY. AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND THIS REALLY A BAD IMPRESSION OF HS18. please reply me
