We had purchage an Intex DVD Player (order no 704469320) from your company, we had recieved the product through on dt. 24th july but the gift items (10 DVD of movies) are not recieved till dt. 15 Aug.2010 . we had complained so many times, but no action is taken by your company till now. This is a Cheating. Plz take action immediately in this connection.
