Home Town Noida
No delivery and no refund

I had purchased a kitchen sink from Home town, noida on 01 Nov. The delivery date was written as 06 Nov and promissed on 04Nov latest by 05 Nov.

We are still waiting for the delivery on 07Nov. On enquiry they just say we will get back to you. I have called 4 times during day. In my last call I insisted, I will hold till you give me the status. Then the person responding (lokesh) said 'Ok it will be delivered on Monday. (10Nov).

Obviously there Lokesh's response was without and backend support.

I asked what is the procedure to cacel order. He says there is none.

Now I have workers waiting for the sink to be installed, and no sign of delivery neither refund.

Clear case of fraud.

I would advise all potential customers to Home town not to get into similar trap.
